Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

1. Digital Goods Waiver (No Right of Withdrawal)

By purchasing a subscription or virtual credits on waife.app, you explicitly acknowledge and consent that the digital service and/or virtual goods are delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment. Therefore, you expressly waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (or cooling-off period) under applicable consumer protection laws once the transaction is complete and the service has commenced.

2. Consumable Credits (Strictly Non-Refundable)

Virtual Credits are entirely consumable digital items. Once purchased and credited to your account, they are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether they have been partially used, fully used, or left unused.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your active subscription at any time by navigating to your Account Settings or by contacting [email protected].

  • Effect of Cancellation: Canceling your subscription stops all future recurring charges.
  • No Pro-rated Refunds: We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the remaining time in your current billing cycle. You will retain full access to the subscription features until the current paid period expires.

4. Anti-Chargeback Policy & Billing Disputes

We take fraudulent chargebacks severely. If you have an issue with a billing charge, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] or reach out to Centrobill Customer Support before opening a dispute with your bank.

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first, or filing a fraudulent chargeback (e.g., falsely claiming "unauthorized transaction"), will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account.
  • Your IP address and payment details may be blacklisted across our payment processor's network.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Pearygo LLC and are generally limited only to verifiable technical billing errors (e.g., being charged twice for the same transaction due to a system glitch).
