1. Legal Entity & Operator

The Services are operated and owned by Pearygo LLC, located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801-6317, United States ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Strict Age Eligibility (18+)

You must be strictly eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence, to access or use the Services. By accessing waife.app, you explicitly represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage.

3. Nature of Service & AI Disclaimer

waife.app provides an artificial intelligence-based virtual companionship and roleplay platform. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Fictional Content: All AI characters, responses, and interactions are entirely fictional and generated by algorithms. They do not represent real people, entities, or facts.
• No Professional Advice: The AI is not designed to provide, and must not be used for, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We disclaim any liability arising from your reliance on the AI's outputs.
• Unpredictability: Due to the nature of machine learning, the AI may occasionally produce outputs that are inaccurate, unexpected, or objectionable.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You are solely responsible for your interactions, prompts, and the content you generate. You strictly agree NOT to use the Services to generate, request, or promote:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any exploitation of minors.
• Non-consensual realistic depictions of real people (deepfakes).
• Acts of terrorism, extreme physical violence, or illegal activities.
• Spam, automated scraping, or reverse engineering of the AI models.

Violating this clause will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all credits/subscriptions, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

We offer auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Monthly, 3-Month, Annual). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date via your account settings.

6. Virtual Credits System

Certain features require the use of Virtual Credits. These credits are a limited, non-transferable, and revocable digital license. They hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not constitute personal property.

7. Card Statement Descriptor

All financial transactions are securely processed by our authorized payment gateway, Centrobill. Please note that charges on your bank or credit card statements will appear as CENTROBILL waife.app or a similar descriptor.

8. Intellectual Property

The underlying software, algorithms, designs, and brand assets belong to Pearygo LLC. However, you retain ownership of the original prompts you input into the Service. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process these prompts to provide the Service to you.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Pearygo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pearygo LLC against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the AI.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
